HOW DO I GET MY GAME TICKETS?
To access your game tickets, you'll need to download the Green Bay Packers app on your phone. The app will sync with your Ticketmaster account. Your game tickets will be sent to you through the Packers app on the Friday before the game. Our seats are spread throughout the stadium, but we’ve requested that you sit with the people you're traveling with.

NOTE: If I have your work email address, but your app is connected to your personal email address, be sure to send me your personal email so you get your tickets.

HOW DO I GET MY TAILGATE PARTY TICKETS?
Tailgate party tickets are lanyards and wristband this year. For those of you who ordered them, they will be passed out to you on the bus the morning of the game. We do this because if you lose them they are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

WILL WE STOP FOR LUNCH ON THE WAY TO GREEN BAY? YES!

We have pre-arranged a lunch stop at the MILWAUKEE BURGER COMPANY in Wausau. This is just under 3 hours from St. Paul and 2.5 hours from Hudson. You will be able to order lunch, your favorite cocktail, and their signature Bloody Mary's.

NOTE: To make sure the restaurant can accommodate our big group and keep things running smoothly, they are providing a separate menu for our group. This way, MBC won't run out, and we'll all be able to enjoy a great meal! It will still have all of your favorites... Build Your Own Burger, Wings, and more!

Lunch will be at your own expense.

ITINERARY DAY BY DAY

DAY ONE
SATURDAY, November 22, 2025
Bus #1 & Bus #2* - BOTH BUSES DEPART Mancini's at 10AM
**Bus #2 will stop at the Village Inn, in Hudson*

Note: You may leave your vehicle at Mancini's for the weekend, but park at the far east end of the lot. Neither HSC nor Mancini's is responsible for any loss or damage.

Bus # 2 - Departs the Village Inn at 11AM

Travel in comfort with Minnesota Coaches
Full-Size Motor Coaches are climate-controlled, have onboard restrooms, and onboard WIFI. They have two rows of double reclining seats with arm and foot rests. Small carry on items fit overhead and large luggage is stored in the under-passenger compartment area.

Open Bar on the way to Green Bay!
Robert (Bus #1) & Nic (Bus #2) will be mixing up Bloody Mary's, beer, and mixed drinks on the buses in both directions. Feel free to bring along your own snacks if you would like.

BUS #1
10AM - Depart Mancini's

WHERE TO MEET   Meet at Mancini’s Char House, 531 W. Seventh Street, St. Paul

CHECK IN:  9:30AM - inside Mancini’s to get your bus tickets. Bus leaves at 10AM.

PARKING You may park your car at Mancini's and parking will be at the far end of the lot by the tall fences next to Dousman Street. If you are able to be dropped off, that is great, but this year we will be able to park in the lot.  FYI - Please do not leave valuables in the car as Mancini’s and Hillcrest Sportsman’s Club will not be liable for any loss.

BUS LEAVES   Depart Mancini’s at 10:00AM. Bus #1 will go directly to Green Bay. There will be a complimentary Open Bar on the bus and you can bring your own snacks if you wish. We will plan a lunch stop at the Milwaukee Burger Company in Wausau on the way. Lunch is at your own expense.

ARRIVAL TO HOTEL Upon arrival at the Quality Inn, your tour hosts will get room keys from the front desk and distribute them on the bus. We should arrive at the Quality Inn & Suites between 5PM and 6PM.

FYI - Complimentary breakfast is included at the Quality Inn.

BUS #2
10AM - Depart Mancini's

11AM - Depart Village Inn

WHERE TO MEET:
Mancini's Departures: Meet at Mancini’s Char House, 531 W. Seventh Street, St. Paul - CHECK IN:  9:30AM inside Mancini’s to get your bus tickets. Bus leaves at 10AM.

BUS LEAVES Departs Village Inn at 11:00AM (Or earlier if the bus is loaded and we are ready to go.) There will be a complimentary Open Bar on the bus and you can bring your own snacks if you wish. We will plan a lunch stop at the Milwaukee Burger Company in Wausau on the way. Lunch is at your own expense.

DAY TWO
SUNDAY, November 23, 2025

BUSES DEPART at 8:30AM

Breakfast service starts at 7:00am

8:30AM BOTH BUSES LEAVE QUALITY INN for LAMBEAU - Game time is 12:00noon

Please be in the lobby ready to go by 8:15am to board your bus. Please board the same bus you were on the day before.

Both buses will depart the Quality Inn at 8:30am, as we plan to have you at Lambeau 3 hours prior to game time when tailgate parties kick off. Tailgate party LANYARDS (for those who ordered them) will be distributed on the bus.

>>>>>>> NOTE! The drivers will stay with the buses before and during the game if you need to leave anything on the buses. The buses will be parked in the lots at the stadium.

RETURNING AFTER THE GAME:
SINCE WE HAVE 2 BUSES, the first bus will depart Lambeau 1 hour after the game ends. The second bus will depart Lambeau 2 hours after the game ends as some people want to mill around the stadium after the game. If you miss the second bus, make sure you have your Uber or Lyft app on your phone!

DAY THREE
MONDAY, November 24, 2025

BUSES DEPART at 10AM

Yes, it's true. If you didn't get enough to drink on Saturday and Sunday, you have another opportunity on Monday!

Lunch Stop on the Way home
We will make a lunch/rest stop at about 2 - 2 1/2 hours out of Green Bay. Lunch will be on your own.

Please be checked out of your room and ready to load the bus by 9:30am or earlier.

The buses will leave at 10:00AM.

We will stop for lunch and then continue on.

Bus #1 will head back to Mancini’s with only a stop for lunch. ETA to Mancini’s will be about 3:30pm

Bus #2 will stop for lunch and then continue on to the Village Inn* to drop off Packer fans! The the bus will continue to Mancini’s.
*ETA to Village Inn approximately 3:00PM, and ETA to Mancini’s approximately 4:00PM. **Make sure all those getting off in Hudson put their luggage in the same bin together under the bus so we don’t have to search all the luggage to find your bags.
